No guaranteed dispatch

An online submission is an inquiry only. It does not guarantee availability, create a reservation, establish a response time, or mean a vehicle has been dispatched. Service exists only after the request, scope, price or pricing basis, and other terms are confirmed by an authorized party.

Emergency limitations

The website is not an emergency service. Call 911 for injury, fire, a blocked roadway, immediate danger, or other life-safety events. Do not rely on a form response when delay could create harm.

Accurate information and authority

You agree to provide accurate vehicle, ownership, access, location, destination, and contact details. You represent that you are authorized to request service for the vehicle and authorize access to pickup and delivery property. Identification or proof of control may be required.

Quotes and changes

Quotes rely on the facts provided. Material differences—including vehicle size or condition, locked wheels, missing keys, damage, soft ground, off-road position, access limits, a changed destination, waiting, or additional requested work—may change price, timing, equipment, or availability. Applicable terms should be confirmed before service.

Content is provided for general information and may not describe every vehicle, road, hazard, regulation, or service condition. Service-area pages explain where requests may be reviewed; they do not represent a physical office, guaranteed coverage, or a guaranteed truck in each named community.

Acceptable use
